Hi!
Thanks for coming by to learn more about us. Our names are
Neal and Angie.
We first want to express our appreciation and gratitude for
this difficult choice you are in the midst of making and pray you will be
comforted and guided in this process to know what is right for you and your
unborn child. Also, we thank you for
considering us as possible parents to love, cherish and nurture such an
incredible gift.
Our story starts 8 years ago when Neal and I met in the
grocery store while attending BYU-Idaho. We always joke that Neal was checking
me out in the checkout line. We were
married 10 months later and have been blissfully married for 7 years this
June.
NEAL (in the words of Angie):
Let me tell you a little about the most amazing guy in the
world. Neal's sense of humor brightens
every day, he is goofy and I love it . His
goal in life is to make others happy. It’s the first part of him I fell in love
with. He is always trying to make those around him smile. He is very kind and patient and shows much
respect for me as his wife. He is very
well rounded and is interested in a wide
variety of things from the outdoors to video editing. Neal
has a great love for learning and when he wants to know more about
something he learns everything he can about it until he is a expert in it. Neal
has a Bachelor in Exercise Science and a Doctorate of Optometry (aka: Eye
Doctor). Neal is a hard worker and I never have to worry about him providing
for our family. Neal gets along with everyone and has a very easy-going
personality. I feel so blessed to be married to my best friend and to have such
a wonderful man in my life.
ANGIE (in the words of Neal):
First, I want you to imagine a person that everybody looks
up to, is a shining example of how compassionate, how sincere, and how amazing
a person can be. Second, I want you to
name that person Angie, because that is who Angie is, and that is who I
married. Everybody I know looks up to
Angie as she treats everybody as if they were the most important person in the
world. That's how she treats me, and
that is why I fell in love with her.
Angie is interested in making life beautiful. She is skilled in crafts, sewing, and
decorating and brightens our home with whatever she makes. Angie is very persistent, and will not stop
until she has accomplished the task she set out to do. People are always telling me that if they
could clone Angie, things would be perfect.
Angie is truly one of a kind.
Angie always goes the extra mile, serving to achieve the goal of
happiness of others. I have married the
best example in the world, and will spend the rest of my life learning from her
and trying to make her as happy as she has made me.
JAYDEN:
Neal and I knew we wanted kids and started trying to get pregnant after being married six months, little did we know we were headed into two years of heartache and sadness. We both wanted a family so badly, but found that for reasons we didn't know or understand the Lord needed us to wait. We began many medical procedures and infertility treatments. So when we found out in January 2009 that we were expecting we were ecstatic and we knew Heavenly Father had granted us a miracle.
Then on May 30, 2009 we welcomed our sweet son Jayden into our lives but he came 4 1/2 months early and was just too small to pull through. It was the sweetest yet most bitter time for us. The hardest thing was to leave the hospital with full hearts and empty arms. He is still very much a part of our lives and there isn't a day that goes by that we don't think of him. We started a non-profit organization "Calling All Angels" in honor of him where we donate baby blankets to local hospitals around his birthday each year. Here's our most recent video for Calling All Angels.

We have continued to have infertility issues since Jayden was born and are excited to add a baby to our home through adoption! Thank you for taking a moment to learn a little more about
us. We pray that Heavenly Father will
comfort you, just as he has us in our heartaches.
Love,
Neal and Angie
